General Term:
· By entering into service with Poo Poo Rescue, you are agreeing to provide safe and unrestricted access to a specified area, (i.e. yard and/or site) during normal business hours for service to be performed within the agreed upon scope.
Service Terms:
As the client, you are responsible for maintaining safe unrestricted access into and out of the yard/site, we will charge a 100% job skip fee if we are unable to service the yard/site due to a lock gate and/or obstructed access is found without a 48hr notice. If any changes in the number of pets or access occurs during active service terms it requires immediate notification and prompt payment of balances due.
Inclement weather (i.e. heavy storm cycles, heat waves, etc.) may make it hazardous or impossible to make a scheduled cleanup. In this event, we will charge a 75% weather job skip fee and will be responsible for servicing your yard/site the following visit including picking up the extra waste at no additional charge.
If for any reason the yard/site will not be using for a certain period (i.e. vacation, illness, construction, etc.) and you do not wish to be charged for an unnecessary visit(s), please let us know via a 48hr advance via the client portal or by email to pause the service.
Poo Poo Rescue, always puts forth the effort to provide the highest quality and safest service possible, however we assume no liabilities for damages to yards/sites, gates, pets or other properties.
Poo Poo Rescue provides disinfecting services, these service use kennel grade disinfectant that are safe once dry to all pets, however it may have a temporary burning effect on horticulture and grass these effects should clear up after one or two watering cycles. Information regarding any ingredients used for disinfecting service can be provided by request.
Skip Terms:
If for any reason listed throughout the Term and Conditions agreement, we are unable to perform an agreed upon service, a job skip will be performed.
A job skip will be charged at the following rates:
50% - Holidays (Thanksgiving & Christmas Week)
75% - Bad Weather (Flooding, Tree Across Roadway, Etc.)
100% - Blocked Access, Locked Gates, Un-Safe Pets & Payment Issues
Please note all job skips will still result in the service being performed on the following scheduled visit.
Payment Terms:
All standard estimates given are based on an assumed yard or site space of 2500.0 SqFt or less for areas larger an adjusted price may be given after the first service appointment.
All custom estimates given are based on an assumed square footage listed in the clients initial quote for items requested outside of the initial quote an adjusted price will be given through a separate quote.
Poo Poo Rescue provides services on a post-payment basis, (i.e. payment is made following the services) however the client is responsible for maintaining a valid payment method on file via their client portal throughout the duration of service. As well the payment method must be current and valid prior to any services being performed.
All estimate/invoice prices given are assumed to be for a period of 30 days of service, customer(s) who cancel service prior to the 30 day timeframe will be charge for all service render at the onetime price rate and/or an hourly rate of $80.00 per hour.
Clients who fail to provide safe unrestricted access to the service area during normal business hours and do not give and minimum 48hrs notification via our service application or written email will be charged for the service at the normal rate.
Fees and Promotions are subject to change at any time. In this rare circumstance, you will be notified at least two (2) weeks prior to any changes.
Poo Poo Rescue reserves the right to enter into Collection Activity for any failure to make a payment for services received.
Escape Pets:
Poo Poo Rescue, always puts forth the effort to provide the highest quality and safest service possible, however we assume no liabilities for escape pets if your pet is prone to escaping, we recommend you secure your pets prior to service appointment.
If a pet escape does occur, Poo Poo Rescue will make every effort to recover the pet through the following steps: Tech Attempt to recover the pet, contacting the client to assist with recovering the pet, contacting law enforcement to assist with recovering the pet.
Un-Safe Pets:
Poo Poo Rescue will not provide service with pets present that are not safe to be around and will charge a 100% job skip fee if not given a 48hr notice about the presents of an un-safe pet.
Un-Safe Pets can be described but not limited to the following: Aggression towards Poo Poo Rescue employees, Excessive barking & growling in a distressed or aggressive manner, super hyper pets (Especially Large Breeds) that jump and/or chase Poo Poo Rescue employees, pets that are known for challenging doors and/or gates to escape.
Un-Safe pets and Clients that have repeat occurrences may lead to Service Cancellation.
Holiday Schedule:
Poo Poo Rescue is closed for all services two weeks per year. Thanksgiving & Christmas week, during these times we will not be in our office and/or on routes. Billing will reflect a 50% holiday job skip fee and will be responsible for servicing your yard the following week including picking up the extra waste.
Either party may terminate service via the client portal and/or email at any time. Unpaid balances are due within 15 days.
By initiating service, both parties agree to the above terms and conditions.
